Managing Course Files: "Reducing The Crazies"
Online course files include the informational and learning files you upload to your course, along with any electronic communications from your students (e.g., assignments, quizzes, questions, projects, etc.). Many practical and tested techniques exist for managing your online course files while preserving your sanity in the process.

An excellent technique for managing your online course files is to create a Master Course Site, which can serve as your central warehouse for holding files. Rather than having to reconstruct and upload such files each time you teach a course online, the Master Course Site allows you to create the files once, then upload or link them to your respective course sites as needed.
