Biography

This is my fourth year teaching computer classes at Chesapeake College. Prior to moving to the Chesapeake Bay, I taught at Del Mar College in Corpus Chrsiti, Texas. I am Novell Certified and working towards certification in Microsoft products. I have been an independent computer consultant and corporate trainer since the early 80's. I love teaching at Chesapeake College which is a two-year communicty college serving five (5) counties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.I am currently working on a Ph.D. in Computer Technology in Education at NOVA Southeastern University Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This is an "on-line" program.

Personal:

I was born in Michigan. Growing up with seven brothers andsisters convinced me that I wanted to have a small family. I have two sons; Joe is an Air Force surgeon and the proud father of 2 year old Faith Elizabeth and 6 month old Grace; and Corben is an elementary student in St. Michaels, Maryland. My husband, Bill, is the Director of the Art Institute of South Texas in Corpus Christi, Texas.
